Unable to log in, reset password or sign up.

Unable to log in, reset password or sign up.

I created an account a few weeks back, never got a confirmation email.

Whne I tried logging in I get an error message, not an incorrect password message, an error has occured message.

I went to password reset, got the link emailed to me, but the link doesnt work, ive tried this 5 times.

I tried signing up again but it continues to tell me my username and email account are already in use.

I have sent 3 emails to spoitfy help and tweeted them but I never get a reply.

Any help would be greatly appreciatly.

 

This is my friends account as it wont let me post without logging in Grrrrrr

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can look into it for you. If your friends account has a specific email and you need the support emailed to your email instead; try using this form.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
