I got logged out and it's not letting me back in (message is "we are cuttely unavailable, please try again later") and accuses me of being offline when I'm clearly not (am posting from same device)

Hello!

 

Sorry for your problem. This must seem annoying and mildly frustrating. There may be a problem with your WiFi (believe me). If you can, reset your router (unplug and plug it back in). If there is still an error, uninstall and install Spotify again. Reply me with updates on this problem.

Thanks for the advice, but it didn't end up working. I ended up trying the tried-and-true deleting and reinstalling the app, which did work, but I will keep an eye on it.
