Unable to log in

Hi, 

I was logged into my Spotify on multiple devices and went to go on Spotify this morning and was randomly signed out of all of them and I am now unbke to log back in on any device and I know for a fact my username and password are correct! I cannot reset my password either because I no longer have access to the email address used to sign up with. 

Please help as I have premium which I'm paying for and can't use or cancel because I cant log into my account
