Unable to log in...

Unable to log in...

I was trying to set up my account on my Samsung TV and I had forgotten my password. So I went relog into my Spotify account on my computer and when I logged off and then used the "I forgot my password", I followed the prompts and when it asked for my Spofity name or my email, I get the "oops there is a problem" alert. 

 

So I tried to open a new account and when I typed in my name Javaman8263, it told me it alread existed. 

 

So I tried logging in again with my Spotify name and used the "I forgot my password" thing again. And again, got the "Oops, there is a problem" alert again. 

 

So I logged in via Facebook to write this email. 

 

So what now? 

 

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Hopefully its just a temporary error! I would give it an hour or so then try again. Its also worth trying a different browser.
