Unable to log into Spotify Desktop via Facebook

My Question or Issue

I have recently changed to a new laptop device. I have installed Spotify and am trying to log in via Facebook, but whenever I click "Log In Via Facebook", a new tab opens in my browser, then it closes and nothing else happens on Spotify. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times and the problem remains the same.

Could you try logging into Facebook on your default browser first, and then trying to click the Log In Via Facebook button? If you're already logged in on Facebook, do you try logging out and logging back in again?

If that doesn't work and you're still not able to log into Spotify, could you try clearing cache and cookies in your default browser and trying the above again?
