Unable to log into app

Hi I have been unable to log into the app on my iPad pro and iPhone. I can log onto my account through safari but the app keeps saying that the login failed and asking if I have an account - I have tried deleting and reloading the app as well as resetting the passwords. No joy ... I pay 9.99 for a subscription so this is frustrating ... Help!

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried to use your email address instead of your username in the login process?
