Unable to log into premium account

I am unable to log into my premium account because the email on my file is unaccessible, I am not connected to facebook and my username/password isn't working. I do have my credit card information. How do I cancel account? I am currently on a different account that I just created in order to access this help center.

If you still remember your password and username, you can try logging in to your account overview here and make the changes needed.

However, if it isn't the case, reach out to support using this conact page and have them take a closer look.
