Unable to login, no matter what...

My father has been attempting to log in to his account but he doesn't remember his password. We have gone through the password reset thing but once he submits a new password it says that the CRF or something like that is invalid. We have tried with the incognito tab and nothing has worked. Please help.

Have you tried to clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
