Unable to login to app Italy.

I have spotify premium via my sprint account. I signed up in the United States but have since moved to Italy. I had to restore my phone and have to relogin to the app but it wont allow me to while im in italy. I have premium and under my account settings it' set as United States and I'm unable to change the location.

If you are a Premium user, you should be able to listen abrod with Spotify, you can view that information here: https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/system_settings/travel-with-spotify/

So let's do some digging into this issue. Are you getting an error message when logging in? If so, please could you provide a screenshot of this?
