My Question or Issue

A string of zeroes has been permanently added to my username. When I add my password, a popup gives an 'error code 3' telling me that my username  or password is incorrect. I have reset my password & reinstalled Spotify, but still can't remove the zeroes.

Hey @mulano25, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great!

Could you send me a screenshot of the error message being shown? Also, could you try logging in using a different internet connection, and log in here to see if you can still access your account.

Let me know how this goes 🙂

Hi @Billy-J

Thanks for your speedy response. I was able to login into Spotify on a tablet & whilst this was running, went back to my laptop & reinstalled Spotify. Euraka, everything seems to be back to normal.

Many thanks
