Unable to manage my family account

Unable to manage my family account

I have been trying to access my family account to check the ones who are members and maybe change some, but unsuccessfully. Someone knows how to fix it?

Could you please take a look at the following and see if this helps you. pay particular attention to the 'remove a member section':

This was an Ongoing Issue we had this week, but as you can see it has just been fixed:
