Unable to pay for Family plan using PayPal

Hi all,

 

right after I press 'Agree & Pay' button, PayPal simply redirects me to https://www.spotify.com/us/purchase/panel/?country=US#__familyplan-billing-paypal with no message there at all. I've tried it several times and this behavior does not change. Please, help
