Unable to purcharse the playstation offer

Hi,

On the main page appears the "2 months, 1,99€" for playstation users, but when I try to upgrade it redirects me to the psn page where only appears the 1 month 9,99€

Is there any restriction that I'm not aware of? I can't find any information

PS: I'm talking about an spanish offer, I'm not sure if it's the same worldwide

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.

I've been experiencing the same thing (different currency here in the US but same offer). @SpotifyCares on twitter told me to reach out to Playstation since it was "their offer." I asked them via twitter but still haven't received a response. At this point my guess is that the offer only applies to new Spotify customers, not people who have previously had premium accounts and just gone back to the free version of Spotify. Of couse, no one has confirmed anything with me so that's just my theory. Good luck on finding something out!
