Hello.

 

I have recieved a bill for a yearly subscription on my spotify account, but i have NEVER agreed to that.

 

I have been using the normal monthly subscription until now.

When i went in and checked my subscription it is as i left it at a monthly subscription.

 

I would like this refunded.

 

The mail address ascociated with my account no longer exist, and when i try to change it it wont accept my password? The same password i second earlier logged in with? Seriously?

 

I need assistance ASAP.

I suggest you contact Spotify support with this contact form. If you get a automated reply back directing you here just reply back.

Yes of course, just that as i mentioned in my post, my mail ascociated with the account no longer exist, and the contact form... sets that mail address as my contact info.

Your Spotify account aren't linked to Facebook? If so you need to change your email through Facebook.

Use this contact form instead and you can use a working email address in the first box. Just be sure to include your old email address or username in the main message so the guys can easily find the account. 


If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
