Unable to reset password

I forgot my Spotify password. Tried to reset it by using  https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/  . I've tried many times today, and several hours later I still haven't received email from Spotify. Been in contact with Spotify support two times today, they couldn't help me. How long time can it take to get a password reset email from Spotify?

In most cases, it should arrive within minutes, sometimes even within seconds, depending on your email provider.

I'd recommend reaching out to Support again and letting them know that your issue hasn't been solved yet so they can take another look at your case.
