Unable to set Device Password

hey so i use my facebook to loginto spotify but i wanna use my account on some other devices so i read i had to set a device password so iv been trying to do it now for the past hour and i am unable to set the password

so i get the email to set the password and i click the link brings me to where i type the password in twice but when i go to click set devices password it says There was a problem setting your password in red and i dont know whats going on 

any one have any ideas why this is doing this ??
