Unable to share music to Instagram Story

My Question or Issue

I recently changed my region on my account from the U.S. to the U.K. in order to qualify for the Premium Student Discount. Immediately after, I tried to share music to my Instagram Story and the message "Oops. Sorry, we couldn't share to Instagram Stories, try again later". I haven't had this issue before. I have deleted and reinstalled both Spotify and Instagram and it is still not working. What can I do?
