Unable to submit help contact form regarding unauthorized charges.

I've been charged twice on my credit card, but my account is free and does not have any credit card information. When trying to submit a contact form about this issue, I am told that the email address I am entering is incorrect. It is the same email address associated with my free account... So I'm not sure how else I can contact support. How do I get help with this?

Thank you for the response! Unfortunately, this form wasn't working for me. Everytime I tried to submit it, it would tell me the email address was not valid (for my preferred contact email) and would not allow me to submit the form. 

It turns out my auto fill for my email address included a space after the email, which made it invalid. I resubmitted the form making sure there was no space after my email and it worked!
