Unable to subscribe to premium on app

My account paused because I didn't have anymore money on my iTunes account to pay for my next month of spotify premium. So I went to the store got an iTunes card and redeemed it on iTunes. I go on my spotify its says it been paused so I click okay and go my settings. I click account and all it says is subscription-free. There is always an option to update to premium and it's not there and I'm very frusterated because I pay for my subscription thought iTunes. I can't pay for the subscription through itunes on spotify.com because it doesn't have the option. I need help, please .I think I'm going through music withdrawals
