Unable to subscribe to premium

I have been trying trying to subscribe to premium for a couple of days. Each time I have tried I have ended up at a "Start spotify premium " screen  that hangs with the circle icon going round and round. I am using a windows 10 laptop. I have tried uninstalling spotify and reinstalling to no avail. The same thing happens on both of my laptops. I hate music with adverts and I don't want to go to another provider but if I can't get premium I will have little choice. Please Help!

Solved this one myself. Signed in using a different browser (Firefox rather than Chrome). Although the screen hung for a while it eventually let me put in my cc details. Got my music back!
