Unable to switch country from NZ to Malaysia

Hi, I am a premium subscriber. 

I wanted to change my country from NZ to Malaysia and I have follow the instruction whereby I have change my payment details to Malaysia's card and select to change my country. Yet I am still in NZ and my next renewal date is tomorrow. 

Please help.
