Unable to switch credit card info after fraud

Unable to switch credit card info after fraud

Hi, my credit card was stolen so I got a new one, before I could switch the info on my Spotify account, they sent me an email saying my account would be terminated. I tried to log in but it says I have an incorrect password, also, if I say I forgot it, it doesn't send me an email to reset it. I don't really want to make a new account because of all of my playlists. Thoughts?

Hi @Pdlarsen. It sounds like your account may have been locked out for non-payment. Don't worry, getting it resolved simply requires that you contact support and they can take a look at your situation to help get things resolved.

Please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets support is currently handling.
