Unable to update payment details

I recently changed my card details so needed to update them on Spotify however when I tried it wouldn't work so I tried to add my PayPal however this said that 'something went wrong' whenever I tried to update it but now I have been charged three lots of £4.99 on my PayPal but my account still says I need to update payment details or I will lose my subscription
