Unable to update payment details

I recently got a new card, and so I need to change my payment details.
The problem is that every time I get to the page where I'm supposed to enter my new payment details, the page just won't load. It just keeps saying "Loading. Please wait". 

Does anyone know how I can get around this?

You can try contacting support directly and ask them to change your payment information.
If you receive an automated email directing you to the community and/or help boards, make sure you reply directly to that email (even if it says it's "no-reply") and an agent will get back to you as soon as possible.
