Unable to update to Premium

Unable to update to Premium

Dear Spotify, I have been trying for weeks to update my account to Premium via PayPal, but unable to along with this message:
"Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method."
I have money in my account and have no troubles paying with PayPal with anything else. I have tried everything previously suggested as well as trying to find answers through various forums on here but to no avail. I emailed the support team who told me to post on here for some answers.
This is beyond frustrating and annoying so would like some help to solve this issue asap.

Hey @zoe-ck,


If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
