i'm Nico. I have a problem with my premium account. I joined premium 1 year ago using a Vodafone promo in Italy. Now, i would like to upgrade to Family to share the service with my wife and i'm not able to do it because my account is connected to partner Vodafone. The upgrade page says: if you have questions about ask vodafone.
I already did it and i disactivated every promotion with them.
Unfortunately i'm still "connected" to vodafone for spotify.
My idea is that i paid in advance for the month so now i need to wait the natural expiring date of the payment.
Is there any chanche to stop it in advance? i dont' care about the loss of money, i just want to do it fast to make a present to my family.

If you're paying through your mobile provider, it's them who cancel the service, since it's them who charge you for it in the first place.
Your Spotify account gets linked to your mobile number and that's it. No payment info is recorded in Spotify's systems, and therefore no charges can be made by them.
That's why you should try to talk to someone at Vodafone and see if they can 'disconnect' Spotify for you.
