Unable to upgrade

Unable to upgrade

Hi,

 

Im unable to upgrade as at the point of payment the page says "incorrect password" but it isnt.

 

Ive had it reset, put it to what i should be, and can log in on spotify desktop & mobile, but the payment page WILL NOT accept my password. its frustrating as hell.

 

Any ideas ?

Are you using Spotify with your Facebook account? If so, try logging out from the Spotify web site and then log in with your account, it should this time ask for your Facebook password. I struggled with this problem myself, but if it doesn't work, I'm afraid I can not help you further.
