Unable to use premium account

Unable to use premium account

I just signed up for a premium account earlier this evening but it still registers me as free.  I still get the adds and am unable to access features on my phone. Also, it keeps saying that I am offline...I will log in and be on line for a moment or two then, bam, off line again! Can you help with my problem, I've been up all night obsessing with this 😞

So according to our records your upgrade has gone through successfully. Please shut down the Spotify app and sign back in with your Facebook email address/ password. 

 

This will help finalise that upgrade for you.
