Unable top access account

Hi,

I have signed up for a premium account, downloaded the app for my samsung galaxy s3, and downloaded Spotify on my macbook but since signing up and paying I am unable to access my account through either player( phone and computer). I can log into my account through internet, nonfacebook user, but am unable to gain access to either app for listening. What's the deal? Help me please 😞
