Unapproved charges for premium, yet not receiving premium advantages

I am being charged 9.99 for Spotify Premium, which I didn't upgrade to. And also, I am listening with the free version where there is only shuffle play, not premium access at all. So I am being charged for unreceived services. How do I reverse the charges?

Sorry to hear that you're having account troubles with your service. I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
