Unauthorised device using my account

Unauthorised device using my account

Whilst using spotify it has suddenly stopped what I was playing and started playing other songs that aren't on my playlists. It showed another device connected but I was unable to connect to them. They don't show as an offline device so I'm not sure how to remove them. Thanks in advance.

Hello! Welcome to the community!

You can log out from your account everywhere here. After you do that, I suggest that you change your password, since someone may have used it to login elsewhere.

Hi and welcome to the community!

First of all you must go here and click on "Sign Out Everywhere" (https://www.spotify.com/es/account/overview/).

Once you done it, I recommend you to change your password.

If once you done all, it happens something strange again, you should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hope I helped you.
If I solved your problem, don't forget to click on "accept as solution"

Edit:
Ok, sorry Rod, my connection sometimes is a sh*t and it goes slow...
