Unauthorised user accessing my account

Unauthorised user accessing my account

An unauthorised user has been accessing my account, even creating their own playlists!


I've tried following the advice to change my password and log then off but they've changed my email address and password.


I can access my account to listen to music and do all of the usual things but can't alter any of the personal settings. Any advice please?

That's not cool! Please contact Spotify Support with this contact form so we can help you out restoring your account.


When you fill out the contact form for Spotify, please mention your own email address(instead of the one from hacked account) so we can send the email to that address.


After contacting Spotify, if you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and the support team will be able to help you out.
