Unauthorized Device Followed by Spanish Notifications

This morning on my commute my first listen of the new Sleater-Kinney album kept on getting interrupted by some jackass using a device I'd never seen before trying to play his garbage tunes on my account. Once I got to work, I changed my password and logged off all my devices. I haven't had trouble since, but all of a sudden I'm getting my new muic notifications on IOS and emails in Spanish. All my preferences on each of my devices and on the website are in English, and English is my chosen language wherever the option is available. Any ideas how to fix this?
