Unauthorized access to a unexistent account

Hi to everyone,

Today something strange is happening. My mother received a lot of emails for unauthorized access to her account, but she has no one! How do you explain this? There is a number to call in this situation?

It's possible that someone created a Spotify account by entering a wrong email address. If their email address was similar to your mother's, a small typing mistake could easily result in the emails being received by your mother on her email address.
