Unauthorized account- no real people working for support??

I got a "thanks for joining premium, your trial's about to be over" email and I've never used Spotify. I went online to Spotify.com. What a nightmare. No real customer service? Seriously?

 

I've never used Spotify, and I've certainly never clicked a "confirm your email address" email to set up an account. I've managed to reset the account's password, so I assume(?) whoever was using it isn't using it now. You all accepted a postal code of "1" to set it up. Come on now. Basic integrity.

 

I need this bogus account removed.

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
