Unavailable songs on all platforms

Hello,

Since several days some songs became unavailable and I can't listen to them anymore (on every platforms I tested, so Android, Mac, W10)

Can anyone help me fixing this issue ?

Hi!

Sorry to hear about that.

An explanation to that happening: songs may become unavailable due to various reasons, most, if not all are linked to the artist and the record label they're signed to. They have control over the content they let Spotify to stream, and due to changes in licensing and other matter songs and even albums may become unavaliable (greyed out) or sometimes even disappear.
Your songs may become playable again. It sometimes takes just days, but other times a lot longer. 🙂

I have the same problem. I love Spotify but if they don't fix this I'm going to cancel my account

It stops all the time and I have to skip that song so it can keep on playing
