Unavailable tracks

So I've noticed, that some tracks from my library became unavailable. Almost all of the album of the band Sodom, for example, though I've listened to them a week ago for sure.
I'm sure, that this issue comes from some local copyright stuff or smthng (I'm from Israel). The question is is this temporary inconvenience, or permanent? And is there some rotation cicles when some tracks dissapear, and others become available (like films on Netflix)? Or is this an artist per artist issue?

Hello there!

Spotify would love to have all the world’s music available to everyone. However, some artists and tracks aren't currently available. No worries though, they might come to Spotify in a near future. 

I'd recommend reading this article for more info. Note you can also download those tracks and stream them as local files on Spotify (more info in the image below).
