Unchecked Spotify privacy settings not showing up anymore on Facebook

I'm writing this because I couldn't find any answer around the Internet.

A while back I was looking at my Facebook's apps and privacy settings, I end up unchecking some Spotify privacy settings - more particularly, the one which allowed me and my friends to find eachother and share our playlists on Spotify, or something along those lines (there was/were another/other option(s) that I've unchecked but I can't recall what they were).

The moment I go back to those settings (few seconds later) I find out the ones I unchecked were gone. Those options completely vanished, forbidding me to re-allow what I had disallowed. Kind of annoying to say the least, expecially considering I was just playing around with them to see what would fit the best for myself.

Since then I've always tried to somehow fix this - but had no luck. May you find an answer to this issue of mine?

Did you create your Spotify account using Facebook, or did you create your account using email, and then you connected your Facebook and Spotify account together?
