Undoing Facebook Merge

Hi! 

We use Spotify at work - when I clicked a Spotify song on a Facebook friend's profile this morning, it linked my account to the office Spotify. I have my own personal Spotify/Facebook account.

Is there any way to unlink me and make this account free from Facebook?

If you go to the preferences section when logged into your account with your username, there should be a button at the bottom of the page.
