Unexpected change to my account

Hi all,

 

I had the spotify premium free for six months through vodafone,  i then continued with spotify premium with vodafone charging me for it through my phonebill. I opened my app today and i have been dropped from spotify premium to spotify free,  meaning ive lost all my playlists etc.  I called vodafone and they have still been charging me and im still showing as premium their end. How do i get premium back without paying double?

This sounds odd. Could you have created accidentally a second account? I'd suggest you contact Spotify (https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/?contact ), so that a member of the staff can clear up this for you.
