This is in regards to my first post for help which can be found on my profile, my profile name is MasterYi21. I got a response from an admin, I'm assuming it was an admin or someone who works for the company since they responded to my help message on this site and were clearly not a regular user, and told me to fill out a help form for my problem. Here is my second issue. When I first had my problem I tried looking for answers on Spotify's website which led me to fill out on online help request. That request was replied to by email telling me that basically the company doesn't want to help me directly and would rather send me to the forum's to ask other users to help me fix my problem that was caused and can only be fixed by Spotify. But anyway, I did what the email said and I created a post about my issue, which is the attached file, and then waited for a response. The response came quickly but what it told me to do was fill out ANOTHER HELP REQUEST ONLINE FORM. But I grinned and did just that thinking maybe this time would be different. I submitted the form and was then emailed again and the email told me to go to the forums and seek help there. If you couldn't already see where this is going then here's the issue. This help network creates a cycle in which Spotify never helps you directly. Either you're one of the lucky few that can navigate the website and find the answer to your problem there, or you are sent on a wild goose chase that leads you to where you started, with the same issue and this a newfound distaste for the company's help network. If my issue isn't resolved I will be taking a trip to the headquarters in New York and letting them know just how displeased I am. Oh and I still have pending withdrawals in my bank account which means that Spotify is holding onto my money FOR NO REASON and will also be hearing from me about that.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply email address) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
