I applied a the UniDays discount to my account in September and after checking my bank statement and online on spotify it said I was paying the full price. I then tried to apply the disocunt again and it said that it has already been applied to another account. I thnk the problem lies in botht eh facebook and normal accounts being linked. Maybe the discount has been applied to the wrong one?
I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify shoul b able to sort this for you.
If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
