Unidays discount problem

Hello , 

 

I have a Unidays account linked to my old facebook spotify account , I deleted my old facebook account , however my unidays discount is still connected to my old facebook spotify account. I have contacted Unidays for the problem , but they advised me to contact Spotify forum or support instead. 

 

Please help me resolve this problem.Thank you

Hello @Eugene22Mak , welcome to the community!

 

You would probably have to contact Spotify directly to disconnect your old account and transfer the discount to your new one, you can do that here. If you get an automated reply just reply directly to that email (even if it is a no-reply).

Whats a Spotify Rock Star?

Hello Josh,

I have exactly the same problem. And months ago, I sent a couple requests to the support.

Even today I have never received any kind of E-Mail.

I looked through Spam and every other folder, no email. i checked the mail, to where it would have been sent to, the email addres is correct.
but i never got an email, i could reply to.

Do you have an idea, what i did wrong?

I will continue trying to use your link to contact the support...

 

EDIT: My bad! :´D The E-mail was send - I was just too dumb to find it, hehe. So now everything is OK. I guess contacting the Support really works. And I was surprised how well they could help me. Keep it up guys! 🙂

And to all those who also didn't get an E-mail: They did not send an e-mail to my new account (which I used to contact them), but they sent an e-mail to that old facebook generated spotify account - email. So make sure you check that also! Even if you dont use that old e-mail to talk to the support.
