Unidays discount

I registered with Unidays and wanted to take advantage of their 50% off Premuim subcription offer. After first redeeeming the discount it said I had upgraded but I received no confirmation and my Spotify did not change. Then, when I looked in my subscription it stated that I was paying £9.99 a month for Premium rather than the discounted £4.999.

Please help! I'm so confused!

Hey there, it looks like you've changed your Unlimited account to a Premium one, but your UNiDAYS discount hasn't yet been applied. What happens if you login with UNiDAYS here? This help article will hopefully, err, help.

I am having a similar problem, I have set up a unidays account and upgraded my account to premium but when I try to register with unidays to get the student discount it takes me through to the facebook login, then once I enter my facebook password it just goes back to the page before that says

 

"Almost there...

For verification purposes, you'll need to enter your Facebook password on the following page."

What to do?
