Unidays half price for students error

Hi,

Just seen the UniDays offer & trying to add it onto my already existing Spotify premium account.

I'm being told in order to get it I will need to cancel my current subscription? Surely i'll lose all of my playlists etc?

Please advise if this is normal?

Just out of interest how did you pay for your current premium account? 

If you get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form they should be able to get it added on for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
