United states doesn't show up on changing my country list

Hi, I really need help - I need to change my country from a European country to United States. However, when I attempt to do so, United States isn't even on the list of countries I can pick from. I have cancelled my premium, and attempted to change my payment method too, but it doesn't work because it says this payment method is not accepted in your region... so it's a loop of not letting me change anything.

If your account is on free and you're currently located in the US, you should be able to change the country from your account page. If you're not seeing United States in the list of available countries to choose from, make sure you're not using a VPN or try again using a different internet connection.

If you're still on Premium, you'll need to enter a valid US payment method in order to change your country. If you're having trouble with your current payment method, we'd suggest trying with a different one.
