Unknown acount

I signed up for premium on an account that wasn't using my primary email. I do not know what that email is, but it is using my student credentials. I've tried looking in the files on my phone for users that have been logged in, and found nothing. How do I recover this account?

Then, 

1. Fill the contact form with your problem description (account recovery)
2. You'll get an automatic email.
3. Reply that email with the same problem description.
4. Customer support will answer within 24hrs.
