Unknown device in offline devices - all playlists gone

Unknown device in offline devices - all playlists gone

So I just found out there was a new device in my offline devices, which makes no sense since that has to happen on the same WiFi which I'm 100% sure did not happen. This person deleted all my playlists. I logged everything out and changed passwords but now I can't  seem to recover some playlists, including an 1100+ songs one. Someone please tell me there is a fix to  this. I'm considering cancelling my subscription if it's gone.

That sounds not good.

Make sure that you've this link for recovering your playlists. And also take a look at this help site.

Here is another possible solution try to use your username instead of your e-mail in the login process. ^^

I checked that link, still missing various lists. A few new ones (of mine) have appeared since then that I could recover so this might be a work in progress. Still I'd like to know what happened. This seems be a reasonably big screw up on Spotify's side where they logged someone else in as me.... Thanks for the fast reply by the way.
