Unknown device taking over my account

Unknown device taking over my account

I've two unknown devices which are taking over my Spotify account, listening music, and deleting my playlist.

I use Facebook to login to I changed my Facebook password and logout of all devices. When I logged in the other devices where still listed and using my account. Why is it not possible to delete or block a device?

This is really ennoying and I've no idea what I can do. I contacten support at https://support.spotify.com/us/contact-spotify-anonymous/ but I did not have a reply yet.

Hey @chrizzzie, and welcome to the community.

Have to tried to use the button "Sign out everywhere" in the account overview?

Maybe that helps? 🙂

Yes I did this right after I changed the password but still no luck,

@chrizzzie Then I recommend that you contact Spotify support on twitter. Maybe they can stop these ghosts from stealing your music! 🙂

Things got even worse. I can no longer login. Also when I want to go to my account I got the message that the page is not available.

I don't have twitter. How else can I get in contact with them?

btw I filled in the Spotify contact form on Tuesday but I never got a response. Also not in Junk.
