Unknown device using my account

Unknown device using my account

Hi!

There's an unknown device using my account, and it seems to be from another country. I'm from the Philippines and my Spotify is in English, but now, my Discover Weekly playlist and some other things are in another language (some European language. Can't tell which). I also have artists on my "Played Recently" that I am 100% sure I don't listen to. Sometimes, I catch this device using my account when my music would suddenly stop because account is being used in another device (Nil's Iphone. I don't have an iPhone). When I checked my account receipts, my premium account was changed to "Family Premium" without me doing this. I've already tried "Sign Out Everywhere" and still see this.

What can I do to secure my account?
